Mary Lupien is a passionate community activist and dedicated public servant. She has been proud to call Rochester her home since 1999 and has resided in the Beechwood neighborhood since 2014 with her husband Jesse and their daughters Maya and Wren. First elected in 2019, Mary has championed efforts to ensure access to quality, affordable housing, re-imagine public safety, and increase the transparency and effectiveness of the Rochester City Council. She was elected by her peers to the post of Vice President in 2022.
